The return policy for medical equipment is for the most part “ Standard” in the industry based on the policies of the manufacturers. Because we are authorized internet sellers of Drive Medical and Karman Healthcare Wheelchairs we carry and pass to you with each purchase a valid and authentic manufactures warranty. Therefore, the below policy adheres to the policies of the manufacturers…..
Return requests must be made within 10 days of the shipment date and in most cases will be honored if the item is new, unused and in it's original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply as well as the deduction of the outbound freight cost incurred shipping the customers order. Buyer must return the item insured for its purchased value to the manufacturers warehouse for which we will advise an address with an approved Ruturn Authorization #. The same policy holds for Exchanges but the Restocking Fee is 10%. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA# clearly written on the return address label.
Orders 14-30 days from order date may be considered for return (upon request) on a case to case basis with a 25% restocking fee and recovery of the costs of the outbound freight. The item must be new, unused and in it's original packaging. The return freight cost is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned insured for the purchase price. Upon a return request we will issue you an RMA#, Return Address and instructions. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA# clearly written on the return address label.
